Dr. Miguel Casañas

Dr. Miguel Casañas has worked and trained extensively to build a practice that exceeds your expectations of trusted, personalized dental care. He consistently brings his patients only the best that modern dentistry has to offer, by keeping himself and his staff informed on the latest advances and available techniques.

Dr. Casañas earned his bachelor’s degree from Fordham University in 1985 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of Stony Brook in 1989. He completed a general practice residency at Booth Memorial Medical Center and continued to teach as an associate attending from 1990 to 2000. Dr. Casañas has kept up-to-date on the newest developments in his field including those in sedation, cosmetics and implant dentistry. He also remains active in the dental community as a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
